This 5 day program affords organisations a negotiator response capability and provides selected staff with the skills to attend high-end negotiator incidents. The course is the first of its kind offered and allows for full integration with existing police negotiator units. The course is team oriented and intense and is followed by a skills enhancement and maintenance program to ensure competency and currency. The program is currently developing capability within the Australian correctional and immigration services field.
