In assisting organisations enforcing compliance, the law and regulations, PCC provide front line officer safety and tactics training. Currently working closely with Government groups such as the Victoria Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation and the Office of the Racing Integrity Commissioner, PCC ensures that officers maintain a balance between identifiable hazards and operational necessity. Our training enhances safety by looking at approach concepts, risk analysis and positioning all backed up with a proven communication strategy that both achieves objectives whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all.
Organisations that require staff to attend and enforce in challenging and often unknown environments benefit greatly from these sound concepts and techniques, developed by a team that have attended literally hundreds of dangerous situations and incidents. PCC works with Government compliance and education teams including building surveyors, racing stewards, heavy vehicle inspectors, marine safety officers and taxi service compliance teams.
